REGISTRATION

For #1 below, please register the total number of Rosaries to be prayed.

For example:

   If 8 people are going to pray 2 Rosaries each, the number "16" should be chosen
   (in the past, some registrations would only have "8" or "2" as the number of Rosaries
   to be prayed).

   (Likewise, if you are registering for 1 person only(such as yourself), please be sure to
   choose "2" if you are registering to pray 2 Rosaries, as opposed to registering
   1 Rosary. (Or, choose "3" if you are registering to pray 3 Rosaries, etc.)

   1) I am registering   Rosary/Rosaries to be prayed for an end to the
        surgical and non-surgical killing of unborn human persons as part of the 2012
        ONE MILLION ROSARIES FOR UNBORN BABIES prayer event that is being
        coordinated by the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization.

       may be sent to you verifying that you
       intended to register that many Rosaries.)

7) If you want to be a member of the $6 a month support team for the Saint Michael the
       Archangel Organization*, please type in your mailing address below. If you do not
       want to be a part of the support team, please do not type in your mailing address,
       etc. (The Saint Michael the Archangel Organization is trying to get at least 1,000 people
       to be a part of this support team. If you register, you will simply receive a stamped
       envelope** once a month for the year 2012 to send your $6 donation in. Registering
       below does not obligate you, but simply means that at the time you register you plan on
       doing this. If you ask to stop receiving the once a month donation envelope, your name
       and mailing address will be removed from the list.)

* The Saint Michael the Archangel Organization is a non-profit corporation registered in the state of
Tennessee. Donations to the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization are not tax-deductible for
citizens of the United States of America, but this may change. (The policy of any other nation regarding
donations is not known by the President of the Saint Michael the Archangel Organization.)
** Envelopes for persons outside the U.S.A. will not have a stamp on them.
